- This is Emma Kubert’s first creator-owned comic, yet she’s already a household name and comics royalty. A third generation comics artist, she’s the granddaughter of comic artist Joe Kubert (of The Kubert School), daughter of comic artist Andy Kubert, and niece of comic artist Adam Kubert.
